Absolute definition of poverty is based on the idea that there is a subsistence level of income necessary to sustain life.
Necessity something that is considered essential.
Relative definition of poverty defines poverty in terms of the standards of living in a particular society at a given time.
Social policy the measures that a government takes to maintain an orderly society. They can be laws of recommendations by a government.
Social concensus agreements within society for example things or ways of behaving that the majority of people feel is correct and the right thing to do.
